Reiki has had a massive impact on my life for the better. It makes me feel relaxed, calm and at peace. I now feel more aligned with myself, other people and the universe — we are all connected. I do the Hatsurei Ho reiki meditation daily, which helps me start each day with calm and clarity. I'm so blessed and grateful that reiki was introduced to me.

Reiki helped me stop and think clearly, see things differently. It calms your mind and helps you focus on what serves you and let go of what doesn't. It works differently for everyone — but give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised how your mindset changes, and how free you become.

I'd never really understood what reiki did for others. I tried it a few times without feeling much. I kept listening to others talk about how it helped them, so I knew there must be something in it for me too. Trying crystal bowl sound healing is how I met Janet.

When I heard she was offering training, I thought she was the best person to learn from. It was a lovely day — easy pace, no question was wrong. I particularly liked knowing there would be a monthly follow-up to practise. That was reassuring.
